Shipping Timeline:
When ordering custom swimwear and extenders , here’s how your delivery window breaks down:
- Quoted Completion Time - This is the estimated date your item will be finished based on when you placed your order and where your order falls in our production queue. Your stylist will quote this date at the time of order.
- + 2–3 Business Days for Internal Processing - Once your item is complete, it goes through our internal quality control process, and then we prepare your order for shipping. Please note we are closed On Sunday & Monday and our production team is not in on Saturdays.
- + Transit Time (Typically 3–6 Business Days via USPS) - This depends on your location and the speed of the postal service. Please know we cannot guarantee USPS delivery timelines. If you want another shipping option please contact us for all shipping options.
So for example, if your quoted completion date is July 15, please allow through July 19 for processing, and expect delivery between July 21–24, depending on your distance from our Michigan location.
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. If you require a different carrier or expedited shipping, please discuss this with your Swimwear Stylist at the time of your order so we can explore options and quote additional shipping fees.
