Shipping Timeline:
When ordering custom swimwear, here’s how your delivery window breaks down:
- Quoted Swimwear Completion Time - This is the estimated date your suit will be finished based on where your order falls in our production queue. Your stylist will quote this date at the time of order.
- + 2–3 Business Days for Internal Processing - Once your suit is complete, it goes through our internal quality control process, and then we prepare your order for shipping.
- + Transit Time (Typically 3–6 Business Days via USPS) - This depends on your location and the speed of the postal service. Please know we cannot guarantee USPS delivery timelines.
So for example, if your quoted completion date is July 15, please allow through July 18 for processing, and expect delivery between July 21–24, depending on your distance from our Michigan location.
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. If you require a different carrier or expedited shipping, please discuss this with your Swimwear Stylist at the time of your order so we can explore options and quote additional shipping fees.
